Jeffrey Hoodlet
Sr. Conservation Specialist
Jeff works directly with farmers and other landowners and managers in New England to help them implement conservation practices on their farms, access federal funding, and protect their land as part of AFT’s partnership with NRCS. He works out of the Westford NRCS office. Before joining AFT, Jeff was a farm manager for The Trustees of Reservations, a non-profit land conservation and historical preservation organization in Massachusetts. There, he grew vegetables for a 250-member CSA program and assisted in the care and sustainable grazing of sheep, goats, pigs, and chickens. Jeff graduated from The Catholic University of America with a Bachelors in English and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Ecosystems from Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education.
