Jeremy Barker Plotkin

Jeremy joined American Farmland Trust in March of 2024. He works in partnership with the Natural Resources Conservation Service to help farmers implement climate-smart practices on their farms. Jeremy grew up in upstate New York, and earned a Bachelor's degree at Earlham College, and a Master's at University of Maine. He was one of two co-owner/operators of Simple Gifts Farm for 25 years in Belchertown and in North Amherst, MA before joining the AFT team.
