Mini Aggarwal
Finance Controller
Mini develops and manages AFT’s accounting policies and procedures, financial analysis, and budgeting to help AFT continue to change and grow. She has over 18 years of experience in accounting. Before joining AFT, Mini served as a controller at Women for Women International and the International City County Management Association, and as director of accounting at the National Association of Manufacturers. Prior to that, she served as a staff accountant and transitioned to become a senior program accountant at CHF, an international non-profit organization. Mini is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from California State University. Mini also sits in the board of Alexandria West Rotary Club, a non-profit.
